I was going to just hover around the forums and lurk in the background, but no time like the present to introduce myself.  I am not brand new to the industry, however, I am just beginning my real estate investment journey.   I've started mapping out my plan, with step one being get my RE license. I just started my 90 hour course last night, and am really excited to learn and put in the hard work that is ahead of me.

This site is incredible!!!  I found the podcasts on Sunday, and I'm working my way through (on #6) and already, i'm over whelmed with how much I've learned.  Thanks to everyone for sharing their knowledge with the newbies, and I hope to be working with you soon.
