I recently finished reading the Ultimate Beginner's Guide to REI (among numerous of other materials scattered throughout that Internet on REI) and now it's time to really get involved with others about it.Even though I'm located in Mobile, this city is conveniently located in between Biloxi, MS and Pensacola, FL so I'm not just stuck in Mobile for anyone investing in those areas who'd like to connect.Happy Investing everyone!

Try using 411.com, white pages, zabasearch.com, anywho.com.I'm finding that a lot of services used  to be free and now charges it.Most people uses mobile phones and not land line phones which makes it difficult to trace.

If you hire everything done, it will cost a lot more than you think.I don't do flips any more because I got tired of selling a rehabbed property for a profit of 5-10 thousand, when I could make the same by renting the house for a year or two.Back to your question, buy both, the mobile seems like a steal.
