Mobile Home Park in Texas

I have a client that has a couple of mobile home parks in Texas, and he was approached by a company to provide some additional housing for some of their workers.  They are willing to sign leases 10 at a time, and he has land identified to purchase.  It can pass the planning, zoning, and we have access to the mobile homes.  Does anyone have a recommendation for a lender that would help finance?  He is very well qualified, has some cash, and a lot of equity in the other properties.
