Hi there!

I'm new to BP and it'd be really nice to meet others in the area that are involved in REI and everyone else that isn't in my general area. I recently finished reading the Ultimate Beginner's Guide to REI (among numerous of other materials scattered throughout that Internet on REI) and now it's time to really get involved with others about it.

Even though I'm located in Mobile, this city is conveniently located in between Biloxi, MS and Pensacola, FL so I'm not just stuck in Mobile for anyone investing in those areas who'd like to connect.

This is a great site because there are tons of different "Strategies". We are buy and hold, others are wholesalers, bird dog, flippers etc. Look around the blogs, forums and listen to the podcasts. If you see a post you enjoy check out the persons signature. Many of us including myself talk about our strategies, styles, niches and business model on our website.
