I wish we were currently a big enough operation to keep our realtor as busy as she wants to be, but until we are it's only fair that I let others know how big a role she has played in helping us get from stressed out newbies to about halfway to our financial freedom goal.

Would love the freedom renting “allegedly” brings. 

I actually love what I do so I'm not looking to stop working but would like certainly like the freedom that real estate can eventually provide so that I'm not solely reliant on my practice for income.  

Has anyone heard of United Financial Freedom? 

Then, reinvest and diversify down the line to create a more secure structure of cash flow after I've achieved my initial goal to general financial freedom by any means necessary. 

I’m currently a QA/QC in the refinery world but would love to be an investor instead as that would allow me to have my time freedom back. 

Im new to real estate investing and Im heavily interested because of the financial freedom it can acquire.

I know the money is cheap, but I believe the reason we all want in this business is financial security and freedom.

  - There is A LOT of freedom and flexibility in being able to use a HELOC on your primary to fund your investments, flips, etc.  

Freedom means your free to NOT do the right things, and suffer the consequences.
