In need of guidance starting up rental arbitrage

Hey everyone, My name is Drew and Im currently twenty years old turning twenty one this coming March. Im new to real estate investing and Im heavily interested because of the financial freedom it can acquire. I have watched numerous Youtube videos on rental arbitrage which is how I want to start out and is how I was directed to the BiggerPockets website through watching several videos yours. I signed up for BiggerPockets because I know there is a great community behind it and Im also in need of guidance towards directing me on how I should start up the process just because its very nerve recking to make actual progress in gaining my first units. I want to do rental arbitrage along with having another job up until I can make enough money off of rental arbitrage to make it my full time job just like most everybody else interested in this which really excites me. I know I have the passion and I know I have the drive to learn, but Im just In need of guidance towards how to get the ball rolling. Anything helps so feel free to reach out with whatever information you have!

Thank you
