I wish we were currently a big enough operation to keep our realtor as busy as she wants to be, but until we are it's only fair that I let others know how big a role she has played in helping us get from stressed out newbies to about halfway to our financial freedom goal. We have done three deals together now in the last 18 months and working towards a fourth at the end of this year. Dionne works fast and thinks faster. I firmly believe that we would not have gotten the three profit machines that we did without having the edge of her negotiating skills. She has always respected our chosen goals and our way of doing things but we learned quickly to take any advice of hers to heart and have benefited from it every time.

Since we are doing the BRRRR method all the the houses we consider are distressed situations and Dionne has worked tirelessly to make sure everything done on both sides is legal and above board so we never have to worry that something will come back to haunt us after pouring our blood sweat and tears into a rehab. Frankly, Dionne is just smarter and better than the competition and we get to reap the benefits. I am recommending her with immense gratitude!
