@Tony Roberts I've never eaten there, but the food sucks.Delays in wholesale transactions occur when the wholesaler has no end buyer (or the end buyer's funds has been delayed) and doesn't have the guts to tell the seller the truth.

These sales take longer to occur, but they can present a great opportunity for investors.
