Call me bias as I developed software for rehab flip analysis and acquisition assistance, but it truly holds its weight in gold for me.

During the gold rushes the general stores, saloons and  brothels made way more money than the prospectors.

I really like ron legrand's stuff and it all sounds great.. but when i'm actually doing it.. it's extremely hard... the gold mines stories "finding a person who is divorce and just wants to get rid of the place because they hate it" I have not run across..

In sales their are hundreds off no's before yes, don't stop short of the pot of gold.

@Trenton MillerI have done a lot of construction but now try and hire others to do the work but I find that most do the opposite of what you have written.When I find someone like you I treat them like gold.
