Yellow Letter

Question for you guys. I just started doing yellow letters. I was going to use the basic letter, however I realized that my phone number is going to my wholesaling partners answering service. When they answer they say: Thanks for calling John Doe office, how can I help you. So because of this I feel like his name has to be in there. Below is what I use, but I dont know if saying "my partner" is going to hurt my call back rate....

Jeff, good job on your technique that gets you a 27%+ response rate. I assume you'd agree that ultimately the more important things to measure are deals done and the amount those deals pay. I'd think that you'd get a high rate of unqualified responses from the dollar mailing, but you also show how you are qualifying in your voice mail message. Also that you have a quality list to start from.

So do you mind sharing the rest of the results from these campaigns? Number of qualified leads and number of deals closed? And what are the key characteristics of your list?
