Lake Shasta with 365 miles of shoreline, on the coast we have the Redwoods, in the central part of the state there are beautiful wineries, there's the bay area, in the eastern central mountains there's Yosemite, then the valley with hundreds of thousands of acres of prime farmland, and southern California with beaches, amusement parks, sports teams, cultrual centers, etc.

I need to let the world know that this beautiful condo is available with owner financing and the MLS is the only way to do that.

I found a reputable contractor who sublet the job and took an 85 year old floor with gum etc and made it into a beautiful natural wood floor with sanding etc and coats of poly.

I can't count how many times I've had phone calls about my properties where the tenants say how beautiful the unit looks and they can't wait to see it.

Not only would a buyer's agent advise, but they accept risks for the representations made, disclosures that should be made.

What do you mean double close, buy with your money and then sell a half an hour later, I guess you could if there is not title restriction.But I'd be more concerned about the representations made to the bank in getting that price and then sell even the next day at a profit, doesn't seem to pass the sniff test, ya think?

I have an attachment to this type of property as I was raised in a similar townhouse on a beautiful lake just around the block that my parents still live in til this day.

I have a lawyer and I am suing them I do not care if it takes me $5k I am disgusted at what they did to my beautiful home..
