My boyfriend and I are going to be getting into the real estate world, and we want to use the BRRRR strategy.

I’d like to start learning wholesale strategy to dive in to the real estate investment world.

Also i doubt there would not be too much difference between the States and Aus.Actually Keiran there is a world of difference between AU real estate and US real estate, be very careful investing in the US using AU strategies, it simply won't work (trust me, i tried it for 2 years...)And you would not be able to use an Australian first home buyers grant to buy a US property.

I am looking to get into the residential ownership game in NJ, CT, NY and other markets (that make sense) as the bricks and mortar retail game is getting reinvented with no surety it will be in existence during my children's lifetime (Amazon is changing the world). 

I also heard there was a homicide on Wednesday I think it was as I saw multiple cruisers driving around..Once you cross Parsons it's like a different world..It's sad how these out of town investors driving prices for junk..

Like you, I am a big fan of the software world, and there is certainly no lack of tools on the internet for researching possible areas to invest.
