Home Inspectors in Wi
My boyfriend and I are going to be getting into the real estate world, and we want to use the BRRRR strategy. My bf has been in construction for 15 years, so I thought he could become a home inspector to save us money, he'd have time to work on our flips, and that could become his main source of income.
Only problem is, when I look at becoming licensed it says that inspectors may not do any repairs, rehab, nothing for 2 years on any properties they inspect.
Is there a way around this? Can he become a home inspector and us do real estate?
