I'm looking to work and do some leg work in finding and submitting offers on a regular basis.I'm learning how to use the MLS to target distressed home owners with filtering using keywords such "motivated, repairs, handyman, needs work, fixer etc" and targeting specific areas within the Miami area".Anyway, that's me.

Problem is, gurus and the ignorant or scared middleman who can't explain what's going on has found a short cut, by deceiving the seller into thinking that the middleman is actually buying the property with some wild lie or story about "getting a partner" to approve the deal or some other story.
