Are Mobile or Manufactured homes even worth wholesaling??

Im a beginner wholesaler and im trying to gather as much information as I can about the business. After looking at FSBO properties in my state ive come across alot of Mobile or Manufactured homes that are selling way below market value, some 60-70% below. My questions are is there a different way of figuring out comps for these type of properties and are they worth looking into to wholesale? Any knowledge on these properties would be appreciated.

Compared to banks - the interest you earn is much better. NC was 15% for carrying a note. Here in WA rate is 12% but again much better than the 0.80% for a 1-year CD??

Above is for MHs in MHPs. For MHs with land you might charge a lower interest rate, but with you buying at wholesale and selling at retail - there are profits to be made.

The choice is yours to make - evaluate the opportunity and if it looks like a winner - go for it.
