There is a handy search bar in the upper right that makes it easy to find previous discussions, blogs, podcasts, and other resources.

Think of how you want your life to look and if it’s not unattainable you’ve probably set the bar too low.

@Ana Vhan- Contact the Washington State Bar or your county bar association and there's likely a no-cost solution for you..  

We've got a bunch of good ones for you to interview under "find an agent" up there on the navigation bar, and a couple of agents from Myrtle Beach that are on this thread and highly active on BP have already responded. 

In NC, it's a similar deal in that the NC bar and NC realtors association put out copywrited documents.

I'm not against it, I understand certain countries being barred, but it's what drives this country.
