I live in the Napa area and want to get involved in real estate ownership. I don't currently own anything and have little cash flow to work with. How can I get started to get the ball rolling?

Educate your self! Baseline book is Rich Dad Poor Dad (which is not a real estate book) and joining a local Real Estate Investor Association or start attending BiggerPockets meetups.

That's the best way to start getting educated!
