Hey I’m just getting into the real estate world and I’m looking for great books/podcasts/YouTube videos from bigger pockets or anyone else that would be good for me to learn some of the more basic principles and procedures. If anyone’s got any suggestions I’d greatly appreciate it!

@Joseph Turner a good book to read is "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosak.

It'd be wise to watch youtube videos over topics that you are interested. These forums are a great source to learn/add value. It will ultimately vary on where you interest lie.
