This news just sparked my interest:http://www.reuters.com/article/us-paraguay-brazil-...There are many foreign industries, mainly from Brazil, that settle in Paraguay to produce goods and later export those products to their own country.

Just this week I worked on 8 on the North side, a vacant on the North side, 52 on the South side, a duplex on the South side and another 7 in Champaghne.

If money were no object, I might have a place in HI, Manhattan, San Francisco, south FL, and TX. 

As @Russell Brazil mentions, you have to offer a commission to buyer's agents to get listed in the MLS.

I put together my finances and have been talking to a loan officer at Quicken Loans, looks like I'll be able to afford around a 130k property with an FHA.I'm looking in the Philadelphia area, preferably south Philly that has rehab potentials but not completely gutted/full rehab.It's going to be a buy live (other room rentals).Multi family properties a little out of the budget for the areas I'm looking at (also up an coming areas).Just throwing that out there to see who's out there!

Hi @Lacee BeitlerI know/have talked to a few people doing this recently, but to be successful it seems to need to be near the light rail line, the North Side (for sporting events), or in South Side/Lawrenceville/Shady Side/etc.Also, just make sure you hold back the 7% tax.

Primarily, I have been looking in the South King County and North Piece County locations, but I'm certainly willing to follow opportunities.

Looking for SFR south of seattle WA.any recommendation on a good list source site and someone who can print out the letters? 

I'd also like to make both you and @Brandon Booth colleagues and stay in touch since we're all in and around the San Diego & South Riverside areas.
