I attempted to call Avail but there is no phone support on the weekends.

I would go back to that company as you are doing and reconcile this, bring plans, drawings, the license number and permit number with you to make sure you show you are doing it all within the city regs too so they can get you back online.

So my Wife Lori has done business as a broker in that community for decades and knew the tricks so ..

So I guess my first question would be for anyone investing in Texas, where are the good markets?
