How's it going BP?  Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself.  My name is Brandon and I'm out of Texas.  New to BP and real estate investing.  I do currently own one long-term rental property and I'm excited to grow that portfolio.  Any advice, stories, or leads would be greatly appreciated.  So I guess my first question would be for anyone investing in Texas, where are the good markets?  Having a hard time finding properties that cash flow with 25-30% down.
