This is why newbie wholesalers are able to pull down contracts with little to no experience/skills using bulk postcards.

It is that easy to gain more knowledge and be more skilled when it comes to the real estate industry.

I would like to use my skills that are currently earning my employer money, and use them to make my own bigger profits.

Are you tied to your location, I would guess your employment skills are transferable to any part of the country.

Trying to absorb financially sound decision-making skills while balancing risk and potential ruin is tough.  

You'll want to do it to the best of your ability and give them a high level of skilled service, which take concerted amounts of time and knowledge. 

@Douglas Skipworth  my point is this is a feel good article that will have zero impact on homeownership .. those areas just do not lend themselves to this .... the peeps are the peeps your not going ot change their credit or lack thereof skills.
