Good evening Riacardo,

I would take some time to read anything that interests you about real estate investing. Gary Keller's Millionaire Real Estate Investor is a great book. BP also has a free e-book for beginners. Listen to some podcasts here on BP.

There is plenty of information on here. Challenge yourself to spend 30 min. a day on BP EVERYDAY for a week, 2 weeks, a month, whatever it takes for you to get started.

Best of luck to you, please keep us updated on your progress!
