Flipping Partnerships

Ok this is my fist post, giving it a shot. I have been listening to the podcast and assessing how I can get started. I have good credit and very little debt but no cash. I just purchased a home for my family that we plan on living in and in my wife's mind, dying in, lol. So I'm thinking about trying to do a flip and use partnerships with friends and family to get started. I have a family member that has bad credit but has some cash and skills to being to the table and he is in the same town. I have another family member that has credit and cash but lives far away. I have another friend who has worked for a flipper before so he has experience working on houses. I'm stuck here at he beginning trying to figure out how to partner with the right people to go after my first deal. Any thoughts you all have would be appreciated. Excised to get started! Thanks Caleb
