Most brokers will not waste their time going through the whole process only for a loan denial.

Hello,I have 2 full time STVR Properties that have substantial home equity ($400k each). 

This might sound steep but in my experience that's what it usually ends up being by the time your said and done.

Either way, you will have no idea who is in your property at any given time.  

My suggestion is to communicate being a "problem solver" vs a 1-trick pony like every wholesaler mailing "all cash, quick close" cards or realtors sending out "just listed or just sold" postcards trying to attract a listing.

With the right aggressive marketing there are many opportunities with tired landlords but would require more time compared to searching the MLS . 

With the election coming up is that a good time to buy?

My understanding is that it will mainly be derived on the life tenant's age and value of the condos at the time of sale.
