Hi, Greetings to BP landlord group.  I am new here and need some help.  I was approached by people who are interested in leasing my property long term and use it for cooperate business travel accommodation.  Anyone had experience with this?  Please share pros and cons with this arrangement.   Thank you very much in advance.
