Even if I was to purchase the tax lien at the tax lien sale or redeem the tax lien that a third party purchases, I would still need to file for a foreclosure action anyway so I might as well either keep it out of the tax sale and pay all or part of the taxes and add that on as a corporate expense/advance on my note.
