HUD Homes for wholesaling or fix and flip
Hello still experimenting with this process of wholesaling and trying to find houses that would be a good fit for a local investor, so with that in mind I'm trying to find flipper uppers that will generate at least a 15% return for a flipper. So I started exploring the options of wholesaling HUD homes?
(1) Is this legal?
(2) If I can do this why haven't I seen anything about this process
(3) Will this work much like a foreclosure auction where I need to find a investor before I go to the auction to have money in hand?
(4) Or are HUD homes simply a great way to fix and flip
Thank You for any feed back
