Hire a cleaner, train them to your standards, and find a way for them to report problems so they can be dealt with. 

Shoot as many holes as you can think of in this property, I want to train myself to catch all the things that seasoned guys would see. 

I have hired and trained a TC (Transaction Coordinator) to mosts of the tasks for me and I jump in only when really needed. 

Get familiar with the MLS , contracts & see if your broker has any in house training classes you can attend, also see if you can shadow a seasoned Agent within your office.
