I'm trying really hard to hone my analyzing skills (or lack thereof), but I'm struggling. So I'd like to try a different learning method. 

Shoot as many holes as you can think of in this property, I want to train myself to catch all the things that seasoned guys would see. 

Assume the the triplex's income is around 3k, and around 1150 for the house, so 4,150 monthly income. Also for the sake of numbers, assume full price was paid, $650k.
