Simple thought; likely a simple answer.I'm in Alaska, and there are a good amount of mobile homes / modular homes/ trailer houses on land.

I j have been through eviction process several times but it was for no payment which is much more cut and dry and simple...I'd be interested in hearing what others have to say as I am not sure what the cause for eviction would fall under in this case? 

Something as simple as that could easily cost more than your actual profit for the entire year.

I have a 5 unit house here thats property value to investors increased simply because it is not affected by this legislation.

@Fred Pineda This is really simple, the seller is looking for a sucker.  

It may be a relatively simple fix or it may be a deal breaker.  

NOw on Craigs list you have scammer after scammer.. so I suspect some amount of phone qualifying would be in order.When one is in the sales business.. what is one's time worth.. your time is to sell. if that involves a drive well that's your choice.but basically its Qualify present and close.. has been that way for hundreds of years.when I used buy homes like this  we targeted what we wanted and we door knocked simple as that the only time we went to mail or phone is if they lived in another state..

In the month's ahead, I think it will be increasingly obvious, rent growth growth may increase, but do so at a declining rate.

The level of competition here has increased in western WA.  

Other programs that are county or state or church run are usually much easier to work with, I wouldn't be afraid to work with her, just understand where, from whom you would expect payment. weigh that information and choose.Your reply could be as simple as I don't participate in that program to accept that form of payment.
