I have been listening to the podcast for a while now.  Thought I would start looking at the forums for information.

My current goal is to sell my condo in Feb 2017, and either buy a multi family here in Washington state or move back east to be closer to family, but not to close, and buy a multi family there. The areas back east would be Maine and New Hampshire.  My family is in Vermont, so the goal is at least 45 minutes to 3 hours distance from their location.  In Washington state, I would like to look at eastern Washington. (Sunshine would be nice).

Jumping into the forums to learn a bit more since I don't know New England any more.  I do know Washington state.  I have lived a good chunk of my time in the Seattle areas, but I did a couple jaunts in Spokane and Ferry county.

Looking forward to learning from everyone.  Hopefully in the spring I can post my first deal.
