I was wondering if there is a market for used manufactured houses and how the removal and transport of those houses is done.Thank you in advance for any help on this issueMichael

Here in VA,  you have to turn the title in to the DMV and have the home secured to the land with the wheels and tongue removed. 

US Treasury liens, usually, IRS, if file after another lien was filed, can be removed from property attachment via a foreclosure IF the government agency holding the lien was given sufficient notice as determined by Federal law.  

Remove K IMMEDIATELY from the job via email and certified letter.

If you ask the manager to justify a fee and he starts hemming and hawing, move on or require them to remove the fee.

You can remove a grill and look into them.

Independence has charged me $500 plus in invoices for clean ups as well and won't waive the last invoice for then they "removed trash" while their sheriffs office was waiting (10 window) to evict the tenant.
