I have been listening to the early episodes of the Bigger Pockets podcast and joined the website in order to begin my education of the real estate world.

@Jon Holdman  having had to foreclose unfortunately on my share of borrowers during the crash I got educated in the small print where my first 25 years or so lending I never even read the small print.. its when things go wonky that the small print matters  :)

@Tajuana W.The first steps to success in a relationship intensive business like real estate investing is to educate yourself and build the team (partners) you need to monetize leads.

I now have a handful of properties here and, looking back 10 years, I wouldn't have done it differently.The reason is simple: in life, you need education.  

No I did not plan to present to all of them at the same time but some of them have spouses so I would like to include them.I'm in hospital management and give presentations quite frequently, however this is something I plan to really still practice so I'm ready for various scenerios!

I started traveling to NYC, MIA, and LA frequently.
