From nothing to TV.

Although I may be new to real estate, I am not new to doing the impossible and achieving success!

Outside of my public service in the USMC and USAF, I had a passion. That passion was music. Similar to finding an exit strategy here, I had to think about how I was actually going to earn money, making music.

While working a 9-5 I wrote songs. An old man would come by and ask me to to hear them. After listening, he would give me a critique and offer advice. He always told me about publishing.

I had no idea what or how to publish my own music. After all, who is going to pay for unknown music? I opted to cut my hours at my job and do some research.

I started traveling to NYC, MIA, and LA frequently. I landed myself a consultation job for the program director of a popular urban label! Off to work I went networking and feeling important. Still didn't have a publishing deal...

I opted to work for an A&R company while consulting in hopes of doubling my odds. I was back and forth from ATL to Ma every weekend.

After many years of doing shows, interning, and gaining knowledge; my break finally came! The crazy thing is, it was from an unrelated source. Essentially what happened was one of the largest independent publishing companies in the world found my music online and had me on TV within a day!

It can happen. That is why I am here. I know nothing about real estate. What I do know is that I am a realist. My reality is that I can do anything with the right tools. I spent 10 years working on my goal to gain a publishing contract and even though the money wasn't over the top, it was worth it.

Absolutely nothing can stand in your way except for you! If you decide to quit, it isn't the fault of anyone other than yourself. Dedication and effort do pay off not only in cash but also in character and momentum.

Your will is your guide.
