Hello my name is Quincy Shindelbower.  My wife and I currently rent out our first home and just purchased our forever home. From last July our lives have been a whirlwind. In July we had our first child a little girl :)  and in October we found our new house. At first we were a little nervous because we now have two mortgages but so far it is nice to have the extra income. So nice that we are really interested in getting educated on buying more rental properties. Came across this site looking for info on a Chad Chiniquy seminar that was in Atlanta recently.  I've read Rich Dad Poor Dad and I am buying Building Wealth One House at a Time. We are happy to be hear and hope to learn a lot from people who actually do it.  We look forward to talking with you all.
