@Garrett Blanchard here is the viewpoint from the development side of storage, which I imagine is still applicable for an acquisition strategy- One of the main things we are wary of is oversupply, especially with so much supply being brought to the market these days.

What threw me over the top was when they tried to justify to me that I should pay a commission to an agent they brought in to lease up our units...the "new" tenant was an existing tenant who lived in the unit next door.

Purchase Agreement and Assignment of Contract.Yes I can do it but geez as to when, I am am a week+ into searching sooo ...if it's today or next week either I'll write my own or pay an attorney as a last resort; but the right documentation is crucial and yet only ever brought up if it's wrong.

If you can prove that this tenant brought in the critters, the treatment should be charged back to them.
