The current tenants weren't paying. I had them complete a Mutual Cancellation of Lease and Personal Property Release Agreement. I had a rollaway dumpster brought in and disposed of personal possession. I established vacant home insurance, drained the plumbing, winterized the property, and installed a Simplisafe alarm system.
