I heard that Texas A&M has one of the biggest Campuses in the state.

My biggest goal this year is to buy my first property through house hacking or seller financing.

This demeanor comes across as very credible too... and the biggest reason we get our contracts signed...

My hubby and I (he is also an agent, we flipped our previous home) believe our next biggest opportunity is to do a seller carry back.

The biggest obsticle has been, he has no desire to invest.

The biggest question that I still have is are you looking to refinance after you increase the property value with the revised stabilization? 

I truly see not declining revenue for this particular product.

I think the biggest issue you're going to run into comes down to time differences and difficulty traveling to the property.

(You may also want to search google with the keyword BiggerPockets, the results algorithm on Google is better than the one here on the BP website...if that's their biggest flaw though then they're doing something very right in my opinion :-) ) If you can't find the answer to your specific question in the blog / forums than by all means post up your question for feedback. 

What I mean here is that the biggest challenge that investors have is "cash out of pocket".
