Hello BP Community!

My name is Oscar and I'm currently living in Daly City, CA. I currently work as a People Operations Analyst for a video game company (EA) in the Bay Area. Since Summer of last year, I've been heavily invested in learning real estate (Podcasts, Forums, Books, Youtube, you name it), however, like many, I've had analysis paralysis for quite some time now. I've finally decided to get more active with my RE investing endeavors and make quality connections with people in this community, through meet ups, discussion forums, and mastermind groups.

My biggest goal this year is to buy my first property through house hacking or seller financing. My life long goal, like a lot of people here, is to own enough properties to where my expenses are covered by my cash flow. In all honesty, I'm enthusiastically looking forward to this year, in connecting with people who are truly passionate about building wealth through RE investing and helps others achieve financial freedom along the way. I would love to connect with likeminded RE investors around my area and hear how you got started on this journey. I'm sure I can learn a lot from just that.

Thanks for reading my post and getting to know me. I wish everyone the best at crushing their RE investing goals this year!

Amicably,

Oscar Manuel
