You go any place with the prevalence of freezing weather, boiler systems, flat roofs, etc, and you should expect those numbers to increase.Thus, I'd say that $4,200 - $4,500 is the absolute low side of things, which happens in places with great weather, low taxes, and low insurance costs.

@Brandon Sturgill Roofstock gets a flat fee from the buyers (mine was $500 and that's it), and I'm sure they get a cut from the sellers, but I don't know how much.
