My wife and I are also pretty handy with maintaining a house - we've done plenty of work on our own houses through the years, repairing sheet rock, installing microwaves and ceiling fans, etc, etc. and we are not afraid to look up how to on youtube.

If you are just wanting to post the latest deal or deals then a simple website is fine.However, if you are wanting to maintain a list of contacts and grow your potential leads and have this integrated into your site for better tracking and analytics then you might need to bump up and do a website like hubspot or  you can spend to upgrade to a nice wordpress site with a plugin to send out emails and  autoresponders.If you care to message me or in this forum tell me what you were or are still needing then hopefully i can help.
