I've heard of "house-hacking" but right now it doesn't make sense for me because I'm due to PCS (I'm still not sure when and where, but I've been at my current assignment over 4 yrs).I've heard of turnkey, but haven't researched it enough to make an informed decision.

I just recently made the decision to start an LLC, and I have 3 condo's that I own outright I'll be transferring into the LLC.

I couldn't go in person because I was hundreds and hundreds of miles away when we made this decision. 

I think we have enough facts - as stated by the OP - to advise the OP to back out of this starter property.One should make investment decisions based on objective facts.

Just really struggling with the decision because the condos I owned have high HOA but tenants are great. 

Best bet is to just collect all the information and make your own decision.

That said, always trust but verify when making financial decisions.

To BRRRR remote you need a really, really good GC, who you can trust blind to make good decisions in your absence and has your best interest at heart.
