That being said my $11,000 reno budget is mainly for repairs that are cosmetic like flooring; paint; tile and baseboards etc. 

Made major improvement inside the units, updated the flooring, bathroom, and kitchen cabinets as well as a fresh coat of paint inside and the exterior.

I just finished redoing all the flooring in my house, as I am quarantined and bored out of my mind.
