Does anyone have any experience (or know someone or a company that might) be able to demo a concrete staircase Ana turn it into a driveway and ADU ramp ?

It is a 1BR/2BA corner unit with NEW FLOORING, which is a RARE FIND here at the Signature Hotel.

Nothing worse than walking up the front of the house and having a broken up concrete walkway.

Our house down there is the same way, with a metal roof, open air, then a concrete floor or roof above our 2nd floor living quarters. 

I would just excavate a few 2'x2'x2' (or larger if possible) spot footings, w rebar and Simpson hardware,under the house (you will want to take up the floor to make this easier to do).

Specifically from the Caged AC Unit into the attic (concrete slab so no crawl space).I was thinking of just building a tall vertical box to place this into.  

Next steps are to put down a roll of plastic to prevent moisture or wet floors.
