I wish I had I more colorful answer but I don't, truth is, you want to be speaking to as many sellers, agents, investors and lenders (private/traditional) as you can on a daily basis.

I paint my rentals all the same color which makes turnover quick.

Yes, there are exceptional agents who know what a good investment is and who don't let their commission color their advice but it's unlikely you have the ability at this point to properly "read" the agents and figure out which is which.There are 2 meetings you should attend.  

The color scheme as well as the font size helps to make the text stand out more, making it more legible.

Not sure if "The temp is 78 degrees" would suffice, but you could try it. 2) You are not entitled to take the owners money and spend it on something you want, even if it is an AC unit/fridge/new shower head/carpeting/paint color of your choice.

I had the same issues with other CRM's and I am an Authorized Partner for Podio too. The

They have shown their true colors and how they choose to conduct business and it's not something I want to be part of or associated with.Established brokers/agents have a solid pipeline of leads coming in and can craft their business model to how they want to operate.

My thoughts were to paint the walls a medium to lighter gray color and do the trim a white color.
