** Day In A Life Of A REI **
Hello BiggerPocket Friends!
I'm new to real estate investing; truly excited to learn more and get started. I am interested in finding creative ways to take on rentals to build passive income; hopefully, eventually become financially independent. Maybe even look into buying/selling or flip strategies to build wealth.
While I realize what it means to be self-employed as I successfully ran my own IT consulting business for over 10 years (in the past), I really want to know how you spend your time on a daily basis to build your business. Sort of your "day-in-a-life" or successful daily routines, habits you've built up over the years that work effectively for you. Your best practices that I can glean off of, learn from to hit the ground running; also, things I shouldn't be doing or focusing on especially with the little to no money with REI.
