Maybe this will provoke delays but as I recommend my clients to be patient and recall their initial motivation to get the deal closed.

At least here in Upstate NY, Orkin as of Friday is doing interiors only on request (as in, happy to do them but only if customer says "please do the interior").I texted each tenant and explained they could say "yes" or "no" to interior treatment at this time - so far all who have replied have said "yes".

Try to get into some real estate investor meet ups and networking events and ask people about generating lists for direct mailing distressed properties and marketing yourself to motivated sellers.
