Does anyone know options that are available or something that State is doing to supports small businesses in a situation like this.Hope everyone is doing ok.

I'm still marketing, but I'm also using the time to work on my systems to better support my business. 

All four of those channels were bringing us good leads.

So I am looking to real estate investing to help support that goal.

Lo and behold Puerto Rico is not a valid selection so I sent an email to support and their answer was they only cater to the “United States” but will forward my request to the Marketplace manager and that it may take a while.

If you believe that their appraisal came back lower than what you think is fair market value you can appeal the decision and provide supporting information as to why you believe so. 

One thing you should do though, is have your realtor prepare comps for your appraiser to support the ARV you want.

The couple times I have had to reach out to their support team I have received prompt responses as well.

Although I don't own any investment properties yet, I have a network of support from other investors, and I have read a lot of the BP books.

Only time will tell.In my mind really depends on the assets themselves if you have true equity after you refi.. or its just refi equity which can be no equity.and for sure you have income to support some bad days or enough cash reserves or a few paid off properties that you can liquidate to prop up your cash.
