Hey BP,I want to begin my investing journey by finding a multi-family to house to hack for a price anywhere between $250,000 - $300,000.A friend of mine and I are considering going 50/50 on a down payment for the loan ($10-15k each) for an FHA loan.Are there any difficulties when dealing with 2 investors?
